Nutrition¬†always my biggest down fall. Not knowing what to eat, so I’d eat whatever was in front of me, not thinking about the nutritional value of it, or lack there of. Then it didn’t matter if I worked out or not. Until I joined your support groups and received great advice/ideas on how to eat fun, healthy, easy foods. Your groups keep me motivated and push me to stay on track. They help me to want to motivate others as well!! A year later and I’m still finding determination and strength through being a part of your groups and having you for my coach. I definitely would love to continue in your groups and this journey of bettering myself to the best I can be! Thanks Coach Shane!
