EGG ROLL in a BOWL

This recipe is super delicious and easy to make! And the sauce is amazing!! 
EGG ROLL in a BOWL:

Ingredients
2 tablespoons coconut oil

2 tablespoons sesame oil 

1 large cabbage, sliced

1 large onion, sliced

1 cup shredded carrots, about 4 

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1 garlic clove, grated

1/4 cup coconut aminos 

1 1/2 pounds ground chicken 

green onion for topping
Add the oils to a large skillet or wok and heat over medium heat. 

Add the shredded cabbage, onion, and carrots and cook until tender, stirring often- about 15 minutes.

Add the ginger, garlic, and coconut aminos and cook for 5 more minutes. 

Cook the ground chicken in a separate pan, until fully cooked through, about 10-15 minutes. Stir regularly. Then add to the cabbage mixture

Serve with sweet and sour sauce- recipe below- and garnish with green onion
Sweet and Sour Sauce to go on top:

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup water

1 8oz can crushed pineapple in juice (not syrup!)

1/4 cup tomato paste (may need to add a few more Tbsp later based on taste preference

2 tablespoons coconut aminos

2 dates

– put all into a blender and puree.
