It’s so tough for me to stick to eating clean on weekends. My daily routine is less predictable and our days are busy! For some reason this makes me want to eat sugar!! But I got goals people! So I need to stick to them. Or daughter loves to bake so I’m working hard to show her how we can bake delicious recipes that do not involve sugar and processed crap! These were a hit around here tonight. She loved them! ….and yes she begged to add mini chocolate chips and I said sure why not. They are organic after all. Haha!!
Mix in a bowl:
– 3 c oats
– 1 t unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1/2 t vanilla extracts
– 4 scoops chocolate Shakeology
– dash of cinnamon
– 1/2 c peanut butter or almond butter
– 1 c almond milk
– optional: a few mini chocolate chips sprinkle on top (because my 9 year old begged to)
Transfer to 8X8 pan. Put in fridge for 2-3 hours to set. Amazing! Store in fridge.
