Healthy homemade granola bars

I am always on the hunt for quality protein/granola bars that are healthy and can be eaten on the go! It’s hard to find ones that don’t have massive amounts of sugar and ones you can pronounce all of the ingredients!!! Soooo I made my own!! 
Homemade granola bars:

3½ cups steal cut oats 

1 cup raw sliced almonds

1 cup raw cashew pieces

1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1½ teaspoons ground ginger

½ teaspoon grated or ground nutmeg

6 tablespoons unsalted butter

½ cup honey

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

½ teaspoon salt

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips 
– any other nuts or seeds you prefer

-Mix all ingredients together in bowl until it’s mixed well

-Preheat oven to 250 

-line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper

– pour ingredients into the bowl and pat it down firmly with a form and bake for just over an hour
