Protein Hot Chocolate

– 2 tsp Pero (barley coffee substitute) 

– 2 tsp cocoa powder (real not the fake stuff)

– 4 oz almond/coconut milk (we like the combo but you can use one or the other)

– 4 oz water

– 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 
Heat water and milk for 2 1/2 minutes in microwave
Put in vitamix and add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until mixed. Pour in mug and enjoy! Yum!
