It’s all a mental game. It’s all about your perspective and how you think about it. If you believe it will be hard it will! If you believe you can’t do something you won’t. Turn the negative to positive. See the good instead of the bad. And most of all believe in yourself and you’ll accomplish more then you ever imagined you could. .This was me this morning on my 90 minute bike ride on the trainer. I’d much rather do my long rides outside but when it doesn’t happen this is what I have to work with. So instead of dreading it I broke it down into small time periods and took it one section at a time. It flew by! 🏼
