This week has been tough. I have been fighting a horrible cold and trying to push through, and unfortunately it all caught up to me. I had to take a rest day today which completely throws off my training schedule. But I need to listen to my body and rest, before it gets worse. It’s hard to let go of a schedule, a routine, and my OCD tendencies 😬. Instead I need to channel my inner Elsa from Frozen and ‘Let it Go!!!’ *picture is #flashbackfriday from a triathlon last summer when my 3 year announced at the finish line that she was exhausted.
