This morning was the last olympic distance triathlon I'm doing this season. I did the same course last year so I definitely had a goal to improve my time and I did! My overall time was 16 minutes faster this year and I took off 8 minutes on my 6.2 mile run. My nutrition was also much better than it was for the one I did in July so that helped a lot! …. I somehow need to now just figure out how to not stop for a bathroom break during the run 🤔 #keepingitreal 🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️🏼‍♀️ *as always I have the best cheer squad ever
