A strong woman knows she has strength enough for the journey, but a woman of strength knows it is in the journey where she will become strong. I love my strength training days. It’s important to mix up your workouts, keep your body guessing and do other things aside from cardio!! It’s so good for your body and your soul. I didn’t always look forward to weight training but I’ve grown to love it. Sometimes it’s not all about pounding the pavement to get in the miles. There are other factors involved in becoming strong and healthy. Slowing down and lifting heavy is important. #balanceinallthings
