I sat in the car for 15 hours yesterday so I needed to MOVE my body today! But my palms are too bruised for yoga, my scrapes hurt too bad to swim and my sit bones are WAY to sore to bike. Soooo an easy run it is!! #I never want my kids to resent the time I set aside in my day to exercise. They are one of the biggest reasons I DO workout so if I don’t get it in before they wake up I try my best to include them! Today it was baseball while running. ?Multitasking at its finest.
