No weights? No problem!! Weight bearing exercises today and I was DRIPPING in SWEAT. These moves can be done anywhere!! Fact: you burn more calories in the following 24 hours after a strength training session then when doing just cardio. 🤔 So grateful I continued to schedule weight training into my weekly workouts these past 7 months. I believe it was a very important aspect of my #tritraining and I always looked forward to it!
