Ha! This is me lately. A little too stressed, spread too thin and trying to do way too many things all at once. I am getting to bed too late and waking up too early to squish everything into my day. I need to refocus on sleep, de-stressing and eating well. These things significantly help to improve my energy level so I’m not living permanently as a pigeon . How do you de-stress and plan your day so you’re not always running around with your head chopped off
