Exercise is a celebration of what your body CAN do, not a punishment for something you ate. I have come a long way in trying to change my mindset on a lot of things around health, my body and eating in the past few years. I am FAR from perfect. I have to keep working at it. But I no longer feel like I need to workout to punish myself for this or that. I try NOT to exercise because I hate my stomach or my arms but because it helps me feel happy, more patient and strong. Your mind is powerful. It can convince you of almost anything. Focus on health, what you love about your body and the good things you’ve chosen to eat throughout your day and your perspective will begin to change as well. #choosehappiness #balanceinallthings
