I train for life. Racing is a bonus. .Truth. I run and workout for my mental health, not to get me through the next 5K race or triathlon. I do it so that I can take on each day with a positive attitude and outlook toward life. I do it to relieve stress. And heart ache. I do it to have energy to keep up with my kids. And to feel good. The sun today was most definitely an added bonus. #whyitri #showupeveryday
