Making progress on health, fitness or really any life goals always have discouraging moments where you question your efforts and wonder if quitting would just be easier. But progress is progress, no matter how slow. So just keep moving forward. I’ve struggled this week to find motivation to complete my training sessions with 100% effort. I have a cold and have been feeling discouraged and run down. March always leaves me emotionally exhausted. But if I just give up now what will that accomplish? That’s right, nothing. So instead I need to dig deep and keep going.
