Strength doesn’t come from what you CAN do. … It comes from overcoming the things you once THOUGHT you couldn’t. #Not only did I have to squeeze this swim session into my afternoon today (which we all know I dread doing!), the main set of the workout was swimming continuously for 30 minutes. My initial thought was: What?! Just straight swimming for 30 minutes? . But I do that all the time, it’s just never written like that. So it wasn’t that I am not capable, it was simply that I wasn’t mentally prepared for that. It’s all a mental game. Physically it wasn’t a problem, I just had to change my thoughts. #life #showupeveryday
