Sometimes my progress is slow and I get frustrated that it seems to always take effort when I put in long distances. But I need to remember how far I’ve come. Two years ago I could hardly run 2 miles. And when I did, I could barely walk for days after. I didn’t magically wake up one day and run more efficiently. (Ha! I wish!) But I am consistent. Determined. And I’ve put in a lot of work. With a lot of help from @lmizzy7 and friends, and of course @coachshanehartley who supports me through it all!! ️ And so today I woke up and ran 10 miles. In the beautiful morning sun. And remembered where I started. And how far I’ve come. Even if it’s not maybe close to where I’d like to be… yet. 🏼‍♀️ #showupeveryday
