Don’t make it complicated!! Eating clean can be so simple. You just have to start. Do something! Little changes adds up to making BIG impacts! For example, start by checking that your ketchup doesn’t have a bunch of added sugar and high fructose corn syrup in it. If it does, throw it out! Start reading labels. You’d be amazing what is added to simple things, such as peanut butter.
