Learn to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. It’s ok to push your body in ways it’s not use to.To try a new move. Be a little out of breath. And a little sore. To feel the burn. And get fatigued. And most importantly to do things imperfectly. And be ok with it. And even laugh about it. That’s when you feel alive. And know your body is capable of much more than you could even imagine.
