But when it comes to fitness, health and wellness it’s pretty black and white. You either do, or you don’t. It’s your choice. What are you willing to work hard for and how bad do you want it? What are you willing to commit to? And put your all into? #showupeveryday I have realized I can hang with my age group fairly well on the swim and the bike portion of triathlons. It’s the run that kills me. And if I’m being honest, a lot of it is in my head. And what I believe and keep telling myself. But can I work harder, devote more effort, and put more time into improving? Absolutely!! #showupeveryday #wattieinkwednesday
