Sometimes the best workouts come on days you don’t feel like moving at all. My heart was feeling very heavy today and it was hard to get out of bed, especially as I try and adjust to the cold and dark mornings of Fall. But I did it because I knew I needed it just as much mentally as I did physically. And as always, after my swim, I had no regrets and a little more mental clarity. #showupeveryday
