Never miss a Monday. Or any day!! I work with 1-3 year olds and am use to sitting and crawling around on the floor with them for hours each day. I went from hardly ever sitting, to now sitting for long hours while I have Zoom calls with the families on my caseload. It has been a huge change and one I’ve had to quickly adapt to. One of the main things that has helped is moving my body each day. And getting outside!! It’s so important for our mental and physical health during this time. Get moving! Happy Monday!
