It doesn’t happen often these days but I love when I get to workout with my hubs! He pushes me to work hard, encourages me to lift heavier and not rush through my workout ?. Today we did a ladder, where you do the same 5 moves but each time you increase the number of reps, and then once your at the top, you decrease the reps. It’s tough! This video is of our last few reps so I was tired. Good workout! #showupeveryday
