Consistency leads to good habits ….which I was painfully reminded of yesterday when I did #legday for the first time in about 4 weeks! I was so busy doing my 🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️🏼‍♀️ workouts that I kind of let my strength training sessions slide and now I'm paying for it. Ouch I am sore!! I can't emphasize enough how important it is to consistently incorporate weight lifting and strength training into your fitness routine. It is sooooo beneficial!! I am hardly ever sore from doing any cardio workout or even long distance runs and swims. BUT dang I'm sore from lifting weights. And consistency is key! 🏋🏼‍♀️. *video sped up for time purposes.
