Quick run ?‍♀️ this morning just so that I could earn my silly Thanksgiving award on my #applewatch . I have a cold and feel tired. I wasn’t really in the mood but then I changed my thought process and tried running with gratitude in my heart for all I have been blessed with, for my health and the strength I have to complete a short run with ease. #happythanksgiving #soblessed
