I’ll admit I’m a total adrenaline junkie. I like loud music, going fast, feeling my heart pump and sweating my face off. Doing yoga, core exercises and stretching is harder for me than running 10 miles. I would choose to run the 10 miles any day over laying down to stretch. BUT that is exactly why I must force myself to do it. It’s hard for me not only mentally but physically. My core is weak. I’ve had 4 children- carried twins and had a c-section. I don’t say that to brag. I don’t want a metal. I say that to describe how hard planks and core exercises are for me. It’s a work in progress and something I need I schedule into my week.
