Practice makes PROGRESS not perfection. Just keep going and little by little you’ll reach your goals. It doesn’t need to be perfect, especially since none of us are perfect!! Small daily choices and changes add up to big goals!!! What are your 2018 goals? Think ahead and create a plan!! A goal without a plan is just a dream. #halfironmantraining begins in t-minus 10 days. Eek!!! Anxious but very excited for a new journey and to push my body beyond what my mind thinks it’s capable of. ?
