As we were holding 1 minute planks yesterday in hot yoga my instructor said this right as I wanted to collapse. It really made me think- was I going to quit because I was actually physically hurting or was it just because it was hard? It made me dig in, tighten my core and keep going. It’s ok if it’s hard. Be comfortable being UNcomfortable. That’s where growth happens. 🏼
