Note to self. 🤔#The more extreme the approach, the less sustainable the results. This concept is something I’ve really been trying to work on lately. Decide what it is you NEED to fuel your body and make that your “diet”, your “nutrition”, your “nonnegotiables”, your “fuel”. What is it that you want your diet to look like? What is it that makes you feel energized, happy and healthy? Everything else isn’t needed. It’s not necessary. And it doesn’t make you feel good. What does your diet include?
