The more I learn about the factors that impact my health, the more I realize how important sleep is!!! And the many side effect LACK of sleep has long term. Yikes. I have been tracking my sleep recently with a great app called Auto Sleep. Very interesting to see how each night varies and what affects my sleep cycles (aside from my children waking me up!!) Its something I need to work on and train my body to do again, after years of not sleeping well as a momma! *and this was a GOOD night!
